Production

Mades Cosmetics has well-equipped and state-of-the-art production facilities, which enables us to produce effectively, efficiently and to be as flexible as possible. We keep expanding our production and filling lines according to the continuously growing demand.

Our modern factory in Drachten, The Netherlands, was opened in spring 2003. With our production facilities in Drachten we are able to produce a wide range of cosmetic products, among others Body Care, Bath Care, Skin Care, Sun Care and Hair Care products.

The premises of our factory as well as some of our products are Organic ECOCERT ® certified.
Our state of the art filling and closing lines enable us to fill a broad range of different packaging, such as jars, bottles and tubes in all kinds of shapes and dimensions.

With our modern vacuum vessel our cosmetic formulations can be produced with the highest quality in an airless and totally controllable environment. Due to these circumstances we can guarantee a 100% reproducibility of our most complicated cosmetic formulations.
